Ingredients

- 2 lb. hamburger (lean)
- 1 can chili beans (Brooks Hot)
- 12 oz. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. sauce (Worchester)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 cup brown sugar

Directions
- Brown meat with Worchester sauce and a teaspoon garlic salt. Drain fat from meat. Add tomato juice and chili beans and stir. Add brown sugar and chili powder, Stir and reduce heat and allow to simmer. Wait a half hour to an hour to let it blend, then add more chili powder and brown sugar if needed. Simmer for 3 hours.
