- 1 tsp. kosher salt (plus more, to taste)
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries (rinsed and picked over)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (real, divided)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed, 1 juicy orange)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed, 1 –2 lemons depending on size)
