it turned out good, but I will tweak the seasoning to my cajun taste. But definitely a keeper recipe

Excellent blending of flavors. The cinnamon, carrots, raisins, and walnuts were a surprise, but added a delicious depth. I subbed pecans for walnuts, and it was exceptional. I used Pace restaurant style salsa, medium. Highly recommend.
