- 1 Tbsp. regular soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (Minced)
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. garlic (Minced)
- 1 lime (Juiced)
- 2 Tbsp. mint (cut into a chiffonade)
- 2 scallions (green parts only, thinly sliced lengthwise into skinny threads, optional)
- 4 slices sourdough (Toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 3 3/4 cups water (Optional, for homemade mock Lobster Stock)
- 1.5 oz. glace (Container of, de Fruits de Mer seafood concentrate - from "More than Gourmet", available at many gourmet markets)
