This recipe is delicious. I season the salmon with some cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt, then squeeze lime over it before I add the mango salsa. If you’re a taco/salmon lover, then add this meal to your rotation.

Soooo delicious! I used a low carb tortilla instead of corn tortillas, still very good!

It was quick and easy to make. The flavor was light and refreshing. My husband and I enjoyed the dish and will be making it again.

I cooked it with half of the fish called for in the recipie and used all of the seasoning. I also had to roast it for a few minutes more than what was called for and it turned out absolutely delicious! Will definitely make again! Amazing recipie!!!!

Great! Used a habanero instead of jalapeño in the salsa. We love these! We half the recipe, works great for us.

That is not enough time to cook 2 lbs of salmon. Overall the tastes just weren’t great. There’s a reason why you don’t see salmon tacos at Mexican restaurants, the flavors don’t vibe well

We liked it. I ate a few with lettuce only. Wouldn’t do it with corn again though they break too easily.

good recipe. i added a pinch or two of brown sugar whhich added some depth. i would also add some tomato to the salsa next time and some more heat.
Vegan option - we had a vegan so I sliced zuchini and did the same treatment as the salmon. Turned out great

Freaking delicious!!!! Would 1000% make again. We added additional seasoning to the salmon and cooked it in butter on the stove top. We also used ataulfo mangos, instead of red (personal pref).

Awesome!
I added garlic to the salsa and gave it a buzz in the food processor, but otherwise followed the recipe. Oh and I used frozen mango chunks (thawed).

Good. Second time I’ve made it. Takes longer to cook the salmon than stated in the recipe. Used steelhead trout this time. Better with the salmon

Excellent flavor and easy to assemble. My husband loved it. We served with black beans and yellow rice.

Delicious. I added a few chopped cherry tomatoes and a dash of cumin powder to the Mango Salsa. I also added cumin powder on top of the salmon.
