Tasty! Love the Chile in this... not hot but a nice kick. I actually received Mike’s Hot Honey for Christmas from a colleague and used that in place of the honey and chili powder. Good stuff. I also pulled off some of the outer leaves before roasting so that we would have some extra crsipy pieces, which was a good move. Those pieces got charred but tasted smokey. Awesome. So simple - will definitely do this again! Oh, and I used parchment paper so the clean up was also super easy.

These Brussels sprouts were amazing! Would definitely recommend, I added a mother half of a lime and a bit more honey just because I thoroughly enjoy those flavors.

It turned out really well! I decided to add a bit of the lime/honey mixture about halfway through roasting, and I really enjoyed it.
