- tomatoes (2 med., diced)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (fat free, + more to garnish w/, sour cream will work too)
- 5 cloves minced garlic (or more)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 avocado (sliced)
