The chilie rellanos casserole was quite tasty. I used small cans of chilies rather than whole ones...3 cans, two on the bottom and one near the top. It was somewhat eggy and I added the chorizo to make it more delicious. I also added some chili powder. I will definitely make this again!!

It was very good. I used leftover diced pork tenderloin and adjust amounts for a 9 X 9 pane and cooked a few extra minutes. I will make it again

It was a good starting point for a recipe. I would make it again with several changes. It turned out more like a quiche, which was fine. I doubled the recipe for three adults. i used a 9"x13" baking dish instead of an 8"x8" dish.
