this was quite tasty. i actually used my canned venison instead of beef. i liked how simple it was using that. and i used a whole can of beans. ill make it again for sure

Deliciousness! I did cook it by stovetop and while doing so, after browning the meat, I made a gravy out of the juices in the pan for the beef to slowly cook the rest of the way on the stovetop. So with that said, I’m sure my method changed the overall flavor a bit since the beef was nicely coated in the gravy. I’m sure it would be just as good though had I made it the way the recipe was written.

Very good! Followed recipe exactly using crockpot method and it turned out great. Saved some enchilada sauce to pour over top of burritos before broiling.

i used an instapot(1hr 20mins low heat high pressure). this was the perfect way to make the beef for burritos. otherwise the recipe fell flat everyone agreed this was bland. but some green chilies and spices 😍 this recipe can reallly come to life!

It is an easy recipe, but a little bland. Overall the family liked it and I will definitely make it again with some spicy modifications 😉

At first i I didn't know if I was going to like it or not, but it was amazing! My kids even loved it and they are picky eaters.

Made in crock pot. Beef was very tender at 5 hours. Enchilada sauce was spicy. I thickened sauce with corn starch before putting the burritos under the broiler. Turned out very well

This tastes as good as it looks, the entire family loved this one. I added red kidney beans to the meat and added some rice to the burritos. I will definitely be making this one again.

Its a great recipe. Remninds me of my mums enchilada recipe with beef instead of chicken. Really tasty but rich i do rice with peas and corn in it. 😀
