This was a hit! My husband is originally from Mexico, so some recipes are harder to please him. This one he commented while eating and said, "this is really good". It also pleased my 3 picky sons. The whole family ate first plate and some went for seconds. It is filling. I did add less water to the dry peppers and an extra can of beef broth. Also added 3 small cloves of garlic to red chilis in blender.....VERY authentic and delicious!
