- 2 red chillies (small, deseeded and finely chopped)
- 15 grams fresh coriander (pack)
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 onion (small, peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 green pepper (small, deseeded and finely chopped)
- 3 large garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 turmeric (level teaspoon)
- 500 grams yoghurt (tub Greek)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 lemon juice (dessertspoon)
