2nd time: Really good - I threw in goat cheese and an aged manchego on top - made it for the Schneiders - great!
1st time: Super yummy and super easy. I just used almond flour - not sure what the difference is. VERY good!

It was great! I tried this recipe without almond meal and it worked fine. I made slight changes; I cooked the gill with the mixture and added shredded mozzarella at the top of the stuffed portobellos. I think next time I will add feta cheese to the mixture as it would add flavor and will bind the mixture a little bit.

Didn't have the large portabella, just the small ones, so I actually prepared this deconstructed and left out the almond flour. This dish was really yummy! As a "2-day new" vegan, I give this dish my stamp of approval!
