Was confused as tomato paste wasn’t listed (so didn’t use it) instead I added some chicken stock and pasta water to reduce. I added half navy beans, half chickpeas, and didn’t slice the gai lan at all. Instead of sundried tomato I just chopped a roma tomato. I would omit the oregano next time.
