- 3 green chilies (or jalapenos chopped)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (grated fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. garam masala powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 pt. fresh tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds
- handfuls curry leaves (small, optional)
- 1 stick canela
- salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- red chili powder (to taste)
- 1 can water (use coconut milk can to measure this)
