Easy to fix turned out quite yummy, love the addition of the spinach. My kids ate it up!

A last minute choice to utilize a butternut squash. I made lots of substitutions: parsley for cilantro, a mix of garam masala and curry powder for the curry paste, and half coconut cream/half coconut water for the coconut milk.
But SO good. Next time, with proper ingredients, it should be great.

these was delish! I took red curry paste from Roland and mine was spicy! at the end I added a dollop of greek yogurt to lower the spice. i would make this again and try a regular curry paste instead of steaming hot haha

It was good I had to add more salt and pepper and I served it mixed with rice on the bottom

Delicious and easy to make! It did take me a lot longer than 15 minutes to prepare though. Dicing the butternut squash took me a while.

In a pinch I used tandoori paste and added some extra fresh ginger. Skipped the coconut and peas as I don’t love them and used extra spinach it was super spicy and delicious

This is delicious! I couldn’t find Korma paste so I used Thai curry paste. It took me a long time to chop everything so definitely took longer than 55 minutes. Almost twice that.. I guess I am slow?

Super easy. I used frozen squash and spinach. My kiddo loved it. A great meatless option.

Just made, definitely will make again, added a little bit of cayenne pepper for an extra kick but that’s just for my personal taste

After all was said and done this didn’t have that much flavor to it. Maybe I should have added more curry paste to account for the water i added ?

It turned out great It just needed more stuff to make it better like ginger and cayenne pepper to make it not so sweet

Very good. I used some homemade curry paste and korma paste which made the flavors all that much richer. Will make again

I used aMadras paste and a little more than suggested 😬. I also used frozen spinach instead of fresh (about 5-6 "balls"). This is a very refreshing curry, absolutely delicious.
