    This is delicious! I couldn’t find Korma paste so I used Thai curry paste. It took me a long time to chop everything so definitely took longer than 55 minutes. Almost twice that.. I guess I am slow?

    Super easy. I used frozen squash and spinach. My kiddo loved it. A great meatless option.

    Just made, definitely will make again, added a little bit of cayenne pepper for an extra kick but that’s just for my personal taste

    It turned out great, very good recipe. I put more curry paste and added less water than planned. Also, I uncovered it after 15min for it to be less watery. It was delicious, flavorful. Will do it again!

    Really tasty, aromatic curry! Add more spice or use a different paste for a hotter experience.

    After all was said and done this didn’t have that much flavor to it. Maybe I should have added more curry paste to account for the water i added ?

    This was so yummy. I added cavolo Nero instead of the spinach. So warming and comforting dish. Will definitely make again.

    Pretty good. I was in a hurry so I precooked the squash (microwave 10 minutes) but I was a bit too much. As a result it didn’t cook so much in the korma. I’ll know better next time. I added baked cashew nuts.

    Very tasty curry and fairly easy to make. Recommend adding a bit of spice, it was all this was lacking. Will be doing this again!

    I used aMadras paste and a little more than suggested 😬. I also used frozen spinach instead of fresh (about 5-6 "balls"). This is a very refreshing curry, absolutely delicious.
