    I’ve made this a few times, with and without meat. It’s a go-to recipe during the week. Great with shrimp and chicken!

    This dish was easy to make and very tasty. I used a box of crushed tomatoes that had kale and eggplant in it and added half a block of cubed tofu because I didn't have a second can of chickpeas. I will definitely make this again.

    Overall the end result was pretty decent. The taste was a little bit bland, but I will make this dish again, just play around with more spices.

    This was sooooo good and easy to throw together. I made my own Garam Masala spice, My daughter loved it, too! It's also very affordable. And vegan and gluten free. Thanks a million for this recipe I will definitely add it to my dinner rotation!

    Turned out a treat. Was expecting the requirement of various more spices but stuck to the recipe and Garam Masala was sufficient enough.

    Other than being a little bland we all thought it was delicious. Next time I will increase the spice and cut the recipe in half. It was much too much for the three of us to eat in one or two sittings. Through this recipe I found out that I'm allergic to jalapenos so I will have to find a substitute for the next time and there will be a next time.

    Delicious and easy to make. I substituted one can of the chickpeas with black eyed peas since that was on hand and I made my own blend of garam masala and all tasted terrific.
