I’ve made this a few times, with and without meat. It’s a go-to recipe during the week. Great with shrimp and chicken!

It was delicious! The only modification was adding sea salt. That really brought the flavor through.

This dish was easy to make and very tasty. I used a box of crushed tomatoes that had kale and eggplant in it and added half a block of cubed tofu because I didn't have a second can of chickpeas. I will definitely make this again.

It was delicious! I added in some sweet potatoes, but otherwise follow the recipe and it turns out amazing!

This was sooooo good and easy to throw together. I made my own Garam Masala spice, My daughter loved it, too! It's also very affordable. And vegan and gluten free. Thanks a million for this recipe I will definitely add it to my dinner rotation!

Turned out a treat. Was expecting the requirement of various more spices but stuck to the recipe and Garam Masala was sufficient enough.

Delicious and easy to make. I substituted one can of the chickpeas with black eyed peas since that was on hand and I made my own blend of garam masala and all tasted terrific.
