    Loved it! Super flavorful! Added a bit more salt and some black beans and wow! I didn’t have any cilantro but with cilantro I’m sure it would’ve been extraordinary

    Enjoyable enough but kind of bland if you follow the recipe, add a hot sauce or something while cooking.

    I absolutely love these tacos! In general, I love everything with chickpeas, they are so versatile! I even make desert dough using chickpeas. I am vegetarian and used to buy veggie crumbles at the store, but that always was loaded with salt and sodium and did not taste nearly as good as this chickpea “meat”. You would never get tacos as good as these at a Mexican place ;-)

    so yummy! I added extra taco seasoning and garlic salt (as well as the minced garlic)...really helped to kick up the flavor. I put it in fried corn shells with sour cream and salsa. I definitely recommend mashing the chickpeas to help them stay in the shell.

    The tacos turned out a little dry but fairly tasty. We made a chopped cilantro, spinach, kale and tomato topping. If we had some type of cheese we probably would have added it, and I think if I make it again I would like to try just a dash of liquid smoke or some other seasoning to really elevate the flavor profile.

    Delicious! There are so many options to add to it (peppers, rice, avo, beans, sour cream) but it’s an excellent simple dish to build on.
