Very flavorful and very easy. I think the allspice was a bit much, so if I were to do this again, I’d half the amount of allspice. I doubled the recipe and everything came out just fine, and almost everything was available in my pantry.

Scrumptious! I added an extra clove of garlic, used regualr onion instead of red, added a few shaked of oregano and baked for 25 minutes.
