I skipped the dried onion, so this took only a few minutes to make. The taste is remarkably similar to some canned chicken I've used. Simple, easy, refreshing.

delicious. used this more as inspiration though.
I added more mayo, used tomato for acid instead of lemon juice (why not add in some more vege) shoved in an avocado, cheese, spinach, salt, pepper. Skipped the onion, though next time might put in spring onion rather than a rehydrated brown onion.
So didnt really follow the recipe. at all. but its a great way to add vege to your day, tasted great on its own if you want to cut down on carbs, easy to add in what youve got in the house and a great variant on a sometimes repetitive salad sandwich

i changed things just a little. added curry powder and dried garlic instead of onion powder and dill. i also threw in tumeric and a little paprika. served on sourdough with a soice of pepper jack. super yummy!
