    Wow, perfect summer recipe. Light and refreshing! I did 1 full lemon, 1/8 tsp of spicy powder, and used cherry tomatoes. Also added feta! Made 4 good sized servings.

    Very fresh! Great by itself as a quick lunch, or for a side with something from the grill. I’ll be taking this to our next BBQ! Goes together VERY quickly with a veggie chopper/dicer.

    Sooo good! Added the olives and feta cheese to give it a hint of Greek salad and it was amazing. The cucumbers and lemon juice make it to refreshing to eat. Will definitely make it again!
