- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups whole grain (cooked, I used quick cooking 10-minute farro from Trader Joes)
- 2 pomegranate (DOLE, Chopped Salad Kits)
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo (Vegenaise)
- 3 tsp. Sriracha
