Was very good. Added more fresh tomatoes and used tandoori masala instead of garam masala

Very good! I added extra chili peppers because I like spice. The tip at the end to let the curry sit for 20 minutes before eating was a good one too - really let the flavors come out.

I think this is a pretty good recipe, but I was expecting softer chick peas. I even cooked this longer on low. I used half of a green chili and regular chili powder.

Super quick easy and authentic!
It really gives you a sense of Vegan India. Works beautifully if you double up servings for later

Great recipe. The second time we made it, we added sweet potato, lentils and fresh spinach and an extra 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Delicious! Made this and put it over quinoa. Next time I think I’ll roast some tofu to mix through as well for extra protein.

It is the tastiest way to cook chickpeas. I used red rice as a side dish and it was amazing. I definitely will cook it again!

Nearly effortless to prepare as there were only onions and peppers to slice (I cheated with canned, crushed tomatoes). I was heavy handed with the spices, keeping their ratios to each other as in the recipe, but out of proportion to the other ingredients. In the end, my family and I loved it.
