Too much water in the recipe, but good otherwise. I blended broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, a little mixed bell peppers, and a couple carrots, and added the mix in as the veggies.

Yummy but a bit bland. I didn’t add any extra spices or herbs but next time I will. I put in an extra 1/2 c of zucchini and carrot and cut back the water by about 1/3 c.
