- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. aquafaba (see post above for information about aquafaba *see notes below regarding substitutions)
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour (aka garbanzo bean flour)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (natural, not processed with alkali)
- 1/2 cup refined sugar (free, dairy-free chocolate chips, such as Enjoy Life or Davis Chocolate)
