For a strictly chickpea-flour recipe, it turned out pretty well. Has a consistency similar to cornbread in my opinion. Personally I added nutmeg and chopped walnuts; if I make these again I would probably add applesauce as well to add some moisture. These muffins make an excellent pre and/or post workout snack!
