Had trouble getting the mix to blend fully, so I just threw the rest of the ingredients in and hoped for the best. That was my mistake because clumps of chickpea were still present and made it noticeably "beany" in flavor. Ended up mixing in more peanut butter and sweetener to cover the flavor. Hopefully next time it'll turn out a little better! (oh, also doesn't refrigerate well imo. Much less appetizing when I pulled it out for seconds)

Really good taste and not too much sweetness. Make sure to use a food processor because it is so thick.
