    Middle didn’t seem to cook with just 3 mins per side even when I tried covering and or turning up heat. Flavor very mild

    Fantastic! These are really sturdy burgers. Held up remarkably well. I did add a tbsp of peanut butter and chopped fresh basil into the mix. Love this and will be making more batches to freeze for later.

    Nice and easy with the food processor and the whole family loved them, plus good hit of protein so nice and filling.
