- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. harissa paste
- 400 grams chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 250 grams puy lentils (cooked, I buy packets of precooked lentils by Merchant Gourmet)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme leaves (only)
- 150 grams feta cheese
- 120 mL plain yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tahini
- 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
