- 2 handfuls baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup salted butter (cut into Tbsp. size pieces)
- 2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, you can do this the night before to save time)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (more freshly, for garnish)
