- 4 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. okra (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 lb. sea scallops (jumbo)
- 2 lb. shrimp (raw, uncooked, peeled and deveined)
- 4 tsp. gumbo filé powder
- chopped fresh parsley
