I have made this several times. I use ranch seasoning instead of Italian. Also I use fresh green beans. I have found the potatoes need to be cut smaller or cooking time increased.

It was good :) I loved it :). But instead of using breast, I used legs and thighs. And instead of butter, I used 6 tbs of olive oil. I also used Himalayan salt and other spices. Definitely will make again!
