So dry. Very very dry. And pretty flavorless. Frankly it was a waste of time and money to make this.

Delicious I used some sweet potatoes as well because didn’t have enough new potatoes .I also had half tin of tomato in fridge i had to use so threw that in too with chicken and potatoes. I had the small chopped chorizo which gave it really good flavour I would-definitely do it again really tasty !! Chicken looks alittle pale in pic but took skin off after cooking to be alittle healthier
