    It’s really thick. My husband loves it though. I cooked it in my glass casserole dishes against instructions. I think it turned out very well with fresh shredded Mexican cheese, fresh broccoli, and large can of cream of chicken soup. I just think the soup was too think along with my cheese and I wonder if I could have added something to lighten it up... maybe sour cream? Idk

    Bland until I added extra flavor. Garlic and browned mushrooms. I also added some cream to the soup mixture to thin it out. Would also add onion to the mixture if I make it again.

    It turned out decent but the overall flavor and consistency of the meal was bland and needed additional spices or other ingredients.

    It was very good. I was California frozen vegetables instead of just broccoli for added flavor and color. There is a lot for one person, so I will have leftovers!

    Halved the pasta (only one person here!) and used whole wheat pasta. Cut up chicken, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, onion & garlic powders and white pepper before sautéing. Mixed 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 12 oz. can of evaporated milk and chicken granules for the sauce and used 1/2 cup each of Parmesan and white cheddar cheeses (yellow would be just as good). Simply covered (smothered) skillet to avoid heating the oven. Added some smoked paprika on each serving for both taste and eye appeal. Will try it with other veggies and green chilies. Didn’t have whole wheat flour but will make the homemade soup sauce in future as it’s so quick and easy to prepare.

    We loved this as written. But I also love that I can change it up. I’ve made it so many times. Because of serious back problems I can’t cook every night. So I always keep cooked, diced and shredded chicken along with ready to put in the crockpot or casserole meals in the freezer. I’ve even made the soup and frozen it too. That way all I have to do is thaw everything boil the noodles and broccoli or whatever green veggie. I usually toss the chicken in with the broccoli just long enough to heat it up...toss it all together add the cheese (if I’m gonna use any) and put it in the oven. Then my husband gets to come home from work and the house smells like I’ve been cooking all day!! I’ll make enough for a couple of nights for the 2 of us.. Add a salad, cornbread and we have a dinner we love. But the best part is when it’s done...I’m not hurting so bad that I can’t eat. So that’s a win win for me!! Thanks for the recipes .

    Great base recipe !! I seasoned chicken with 1/2 stick of butter and Tony Chachere’s original creole seasoning and added a can of cream of potato soup. Topped with mozzarella/parm grated cheese .... it was amazing!

    I made several tweaks and am pleased with the end results. Based on other recs I used two cans of condensed soup, one cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom. I also added in sliced baby portobello mushrooms and served the dish with grated parm on top.

    Turned out good. I took other people’s advice and spiced things up with some Italian seasoning. I also took other’s advice about using 2 cans of soup. Glad I did. Was very easy and quick (longest step is boiling the water)!

    i didnt make it in a skillet but it definitely needs some extra cheese and maybe some seasonings. besides that it was very good and easy to make

    I made this for my girlfriend and her mom and it turned out great. A few modifications I made were: 1) I seasoned my chicken with garlic salt and chicken cooking seasoning while cooking it. 2) I used mild yellow cheddar instead of white cheddar. 3) And finally I didn’t bake the meal, I just mixed it together in my stock pot. The flavor and texture profile was fantastic!
