Fantastic. I doubled the amount of chicken and sausage and also added crawfish tails, and everyone said it was a much better ratio of meat to rice than it would have been just following the amounts in the recipe. I also seasonedall of the meat with salt, pepper, and chili powder before cooking them, and I highly recommend doing that to get some additional flavor. I also needed some extra broth, so make sure to have some on hand.

Always a hit! pretty quick to make. the only modification is that i add more broth at the end because the rice soaks up all the moisture.

huge hit with all of my family. I used 1lb of choped chicken breast and added an extra lb of shrimp!

Great recipe - used only 1 and half cup of rice and cut the rest of the ingredients accordingly as I was just making it for 2 people. I rinsed the rice for 5 minutes until the water was clear (technique I learned from another recipe) and the rice came out fluffy and not sticky. I also added some extra seasoning to add a bit more flavor to the rice

winged it with what I had. Half the chicken, a third more shrimp, no bay leaves, no celery, used red peppers instead of green and red onions instead of yellow. Still fantastic!

It turned out so good! I would recommend a very large pot, it makes so much. I will definitely be making this again

flavor was good after adding more seasoning. Adding uncooked rice to cook with all the other ingredients made the meal very pasty, sticky and flavorless. ( had to add extra seasoning to bring the flavor back) next time will make it gumbo style and cook rice separatly and serve the mixture over cooked rice.

This was a hit!!!! I didn’t add the shrimp and used chorizo sausage in substitute for the andouille.

Easy, Quick, and received 2 thumbs up from my family. It’s a do “againer” my husband told me. I tend to get stuck in the same food week after week, it was a yummy change.

Not bad. The times/temps were off, but that could have easily been due to my stove. I’ll know for the next time to increase the temperature.

I turned out just how the recipe says. My husband loved it! I will make it again!!

Very tasty and great flavor! My husband liked it and he’s a super picky eater! It makes a bunch for two people though so I would suggest halving it if you don’t want a ton of leftovers

Delicious and easy to make. The only things I did differently was that I wasn’t meticulous about the amount of meat and I adjusted the spices so that my kids would eat it.

Amazing! I've made this a few times now and everyone just loves it! I enjoy cooking it too because it's really easy, simple cleanup, and only an hour start to finish.
