We all loved this dish. Be careful not to overcook/sear chicken before placing in oven I did and it was a little dry

The whole family loved this dish. We browned the chicken a little longer than the recipe indicated which made for a nicer look. We also doubled the sauce so that we could use it with a pasta side. Best recipe I have found in a while. Will definitely be a keeper!

Everyone loved this recipe! I double the sauce and spices. Easy to make, great over rice or noodles.

I doubled the sauce portion and cut the chicken into strips. No spinach in the ref but found zucchini. Added orzo pasta at the end and voila! Yummy to the nth degree! My kids couldn't get enough!

Delicious and simple. I used thighs and legs, (legs are easy for kids to pick up and eat.) My husband and kids asked for seconds. Next time I will serve it with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

I made this for the in laws, we all loved it!! First time cooking with sun dried tomatoes, wow! Next time I will add more they were so good! Thanks for a great recipe!

Recipe is awesome and easy to make! Cream sauce came out so nice and flavorful, however, I did switch out the chicken thighs for chicken breasts since I don't eat dark meat. But, overall, it was a winner! Will be creating a "favs" collection and adding this recipe to it.
