I didn’t have cream so I used yogurt, but I think it would have been so much better with the cream. I also used Royal trumpet mushroom instead of cremini because that’s what I had, and it’s probably not a good application for such a firm mushroom. So I look forward to trying it again with the recommended ingredients sometime.

Turned out great. Didn’t use heavy cream though, I replaced it with the Greek yogurt.

i agree with the other reviews... over pasta would be a great way to syretch it. i lije spinich and used half fresh and frozen. i used portabella mushrooms which was nice. i might add cherry tomato next time fo give it color. fresg garlic is a must to give it flavor.

This was very good! The only differences I made were seasoning the chicken w/ S&P and poultry seasoning prior to sautéing and using tapioca flour instead of wheat or rice flour. Worth a try if the ingredients appeal!
