I enjoy this recipe and have made it a few different times now. My crockpot seems to run hot so I usually use frozen chicken breasts (cook on low for 4 hours) and add a little white cooking wine so that it’s a little juicy at the end. Spoon chicken and pesto juice over cous cous - very tasty!
