- 2 mangoes (–3 manila, or 1 regular mango)
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pepper (chile de arbol)

Directions
- Roast the jalapeno, garlic, and chile de arbol pepper in a frying pan.
- Once the peppers and garlic are toasted on the outside, place them into a food processor and blend them together (you may also add salt and pepper if you like).
- Peel the mango and cut it into strips, place the mangoes into the food processor along with the peppers and blend them together.
- Pour this sauce over the chicken breast and serve.
