This recipe is utterly delicious, thanks! I had to make a few adjustments, since I had no black pepper, nor jalapeños. Therefore, I used cayenne pepper (a generous portion), and it worked well. I also pureed the sauce due to my children's oddities, but it worked fine as well.

It was great but the only thing I would change is adding a little more heat in the seasoning of the chicken and more jalapeños in the salsa. 😀

Was very easy to make. I added a bit more spice with cayenne pepper. I added 1 tblspn of the cayenne white cooking the onions. We loved it Will make a again

I really like this recipe. I think that the chicken I used was too small so I would increase that if I did this recipe again. Also if you’re concerned about the jalapeño making the salsa spicy, I can’t even taste the jalapeño so no worries! If you want some spice I would probably go for 2 jalapeños.
