This is exactly what I hoped for. I could eat this for a week straight! I doubled the mushroom sauce recipe and definitely don’t regret it! (Used 1 8oz container each of baby belles and white mushrooms ). Served it over white sticky rice and pan-fried pork chops. I thought maybe we would have enough leftover sauce to use with chicken tomorrow, but it’s just so tasty that we used it pretty much all gone.
