- 2 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
- 350 grams portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 100 grams pancetta (diced, may substitute turkey sausage)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bunch parsley (minced)
- 1 can beer
- 1 lime
- worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Marinate the chicken in the lime juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Meanwhile, fry the pancetta in a little oil. When browned, lower the heat to medium, add the onion and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add the beer, allow the alcohol to evaporate a little, for 2 or 3 minutes, then lower the heat.
- Sear the chicken in a hot skillet until browned. Add them to the beer mixture and cover. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Add the butter and mix slightly before serving.
