it turned out delicious but too much tortellini & I skipped parsley, nutmeg, celery & cheese & it was still delicious....it's way more than four servings though

Really loved this soup even the kids ate it !! I did substitute the parsley for frozen spinach and it really came out great I would of probably put a few more carrots but other then that it was awesome a thumbs up for me would make again.
