- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 60 grams Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. crumbs (dry tortilla)
- 1 tsp. chilli powder (or more for a spicier taste)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Mix together the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the chilli powder and cheese in a bowl.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
