Tender chicken breasts with their flavorfull Hellmann's mayonnaise and Asian crust

- 4 chicken breast (500g)
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chillies (small red, finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger (finely grated root)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Combine the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the spring onion, ginger, garlic, chilli and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
