    I loved this basic recipe because of all the veggies added. I have batched it up 2x. Mandarine oranges out of a can are too wet. I used a honeycrisp apple this time out with a little splash of lime. Salt it to your taste. Pepper is always a plus.

    This turned out pretty well but needs some additional seasoning and/or herbs. Maybe some fresh tarragon for the next batch. Really easy to throw together.
