- 4 oz. elbow macaroni, cook and drain
- 10.75 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3 oz. mushrooms (pieces, drained)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (finely chopped)
- 1 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup pimentos (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, soup, mushrooms and chicken in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cracker crumbs. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 13 x 9-inch baking dish, then evenly top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Preheat oven to 375°.

Made this casserole this evening for dinner and it was quite tasty. I know next time I make it though I will cook the onions and bell pepper separately before adding it to the other ingredients. The bell pepper did not soften enough even after the 30 minute oven time. We did enjoy the meal though and will definitely make again.

I left out the mushrooms and chicken since I didn't have any here. I swapped the parm cheese for sharp cheddar .. it's delish! Love it :)
