I love this chicken, it's quick, easy, and tasty. I recommend doubling the sauce because it is delicious over steamed broccoli and potatoes, or sopped up with warm crusty french bread. I've made with Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc, both are great but I preferred the sauce made with the Pinot. Other than doubling the sauce I don't make any other changes or alterations.
