Yummy. I would definitely make this again. The sauce was a little too thick but added chicken broth when reheated leftovers - perfect. Personally, I would use fewer mushrooms, but my roommate loves them.

YUM. My husband and I loved this dish. I found it simple to make and flavorful, also not a lot of ingredients to buy which is always appreciated. I rarely make creamy dishes but I'll definitely make this again. I only used half an onion and would consider shallots next time as a matter of preference. I also added flat leaf parsley into the cream sauce, not just add a garnish. It worked well.
