This was really good! I used baby portabella mushrooms, half heavy cream/half milk, garlic powder (ran out of garlic) and moscato wine. on the side I added pasta.

My husband couldnt stop eating it. i added a little more wine but made no other changes.

Good!! Maybe drank too much of the wine while cooking, not perfect but it was good!

This is a “do again” recipe.
I cooked the chicken thighs (deboned) in the frying pan, set aside, cooked the garlic, onions, & mushrooms, added the white wine, reduced a little, added the cream and thighs and let the flavors simmer. Turned out great!

My husband loved it, but I didn't. I probably would have seasoned it more and I expected more flavor from the sauce. It probably would have thickens up with a little flour. It was missing something.
