this was terrific. we have tried so many recipes to get something close to what we have in restaurants, only to be disappointed. This recipe was superb and exceeded our expectations as well as anything we have had in any restaurant! the only change we might make would be to add more heat. we served it over roasted sweet potatos.

oh my goodness!! this was amazing! i didn't have curry leaves so i used curry powder but added all the other ingredients. next time im going to make double to have for later.

delicious. i didn't have coconut cream so I added some corn starch to the milk to thicken the sauce. it still turned out awesome. my three year old had three servings. I'm definitely adding this recipe to my regular rotation.

It is really good and I will definitely make it again. Next time I will use more chili’s as I like it spicy and the small chilis I used did not add any heat. Also be sure to go with less water not more. A keeper recipe for sure.

Very good. Wish the ingredients list was on the actual recipe, as I had to go back and forth trying to figure out the ingredients... but it was well worth it.
